Follow Along Learning to Copy Smarter, Filtering Wallets and Building Confidence.

After a week of just watching and reading, I finally started testing trades with Zelfiguru + the free DBot setup.

I’ve only copied about 4 wallets so far. starting very small (0.05–0.1 SOL per trade) and really paying attention to why each trade goes right or wrong. My early goal is to learn how to filter wallets properly, not just chase stats.

Here’s the structure I’m working with:

Trading Bot: DBot (Free version)

Trading Tool: Zelfiguru Premium

Trading Strategy:

• Copy only wallets with at least 10 trades, 50%+ win rate

• Minimum 1-minute hold time

• Check trade size patterns. avoid wallets that farm low caps fast

• Use GMGN for extra trade insights before entries

Goal:
  1. Build a small list of “trusted” wallets
  2. Understand exit patterns better
  3. Aim for 20–30% profit over the first 2 weeks
  4. Avoid major red flags (instant sells, rug entries, no history)
Still new to the flow, but I’m beginning to notice that wallet behavior tells a much better story than just ROI %. A few wallets that looked amazing on paper ended up dumping instantly. Grateful I started small.

If you’ve got tips for how you monitor or clean your wallet list over time, I’m all ears. Will keep posting updates here as I go.

You’re off to a smart start.

A lot of people get wrecked early by only copying based on ROI, but it sounds like you’re already thinking beyond that. Watching for trade size patterns and hold duration is underrated, especially when you’re trying to figure out which wallets are farming and which are actually positioning.

Also like that you’re using GMGN as a second layer. I’ve had a few cases where GMGN completely changed how I viewed a trade.

The way you’re approaching this, small size, consistent tracking, and building a shortlist. that’s how solid systems get built. Keep posting your updates. I’ll be following this thread closely.

Thanks, that really means a lot. I’ve seen how fast things can go sideways if you don’t take time to filter wallets properly, it’s helped to stay slow and just observe for now.

And yeah, GMGN has definitely saved me once or twice already. Appreciate the support. I’ll keep the updates coming.

Same I didn't use GMGN then got killed. I think it's good to review the 1 minute hold time. Currently focusing on 20 minute holds :) minimum.
Yeah, 1 minute hold time definitely feels too short in this market. a lot of bots dump before that window closes.

I’ve also been testing longer holds lately and noticing better signals when wallets stay in for 15–30 mins or more. It’s not just about profit, it’s about intent. short holds usually mean they’re farming or front running liquidity.

Let me know if you find a sweet spot that works. Still dialing mine in too.
